We require a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule. Given by call or text.
No shows will be liable for 100% of the service.
After 3 no shows, a 50% deposit is required to schedule another appointment.
Credit cards are required for holding an appointment.
We love our community and the children in it, but as a safety precaution children under 7 are not permitted unless recieving a service
Deposit is needed to order the hair. It is non refundable
Re-do's & Adjustments
If you are not fully satisfied with your results, please call us directly. Our team will be happy to make small changes and adjustments within ten days or less of your hair appointment. This courtesy is not to be confused with changing your mind. We will do absolutely everything we can to fix any error in quality.
