Salon Policies 


We require a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule. Given by call or text.

No shows will be liable for 100% of the service.

After 3 no shows, a 50% deposit is required to schedule another appointment. 

Credit cards are required for holding an appointment.


We love our community and the children in it, but we no longer offer children services.

Hair Extensions:
Deposit is needed to order the hair. It is non refundable 

Re-do's & Adjustments

 If you are not fully satisfied with your results, please call us directly. Our team will be happy to make small changes and adjustments within ten days or less of your hair appointment. This courtesy is not to be confused with changing your mind. We will do absolutely everything we can to fix any error in quality. Keep in mind this a no refund policy however we will offer to fix it and make it better.


We reserve the right to deny services If we feel it can jeopardize public health and safety standards. If hair is severely damaged we will do our best to offer other options to help heal your hair. Per our mental health we will no longer accept or fire clients who are disrespectful and rude. We maintain a joyful peaceful environment.
